Luxury Picnic Information
Picnic Rental and Menu Selection
Each 2 hour luxury picnic includes a rental setup of our premium beach umbrella or lace teepee, low picnic table, rugs, pillows, décor, Bluetooth speaker, and a customizable chalkboard. A seasonal charcuterie board, snacks, desserts, beverages, and a fresh floral arrangement in a vase to take home are also included.
Food and Drinks
Our seasonal charcuterie board and snacks include: sweet or savory pastries, cheese and cracker assortment, salami, mixed nuts and dried fruit, fresh fruit, and cookies. Drinks include IZZE Sparkling Juice beverages. We can customize the food items and drinks as well.
Can we rent the umbrellas and picnic tables only?
How much notice do you need to book?
We recommend planning as early as possible as we get booked quickly. Typically, we recommend booking a few weeks to months in advance. We may be able to accommodate picnics within a few days notice, but please inquire with us to check our availability.
How does it work?
We set up your luxury picnic and have it ready upon arrival of your reservation time. Once you arrive, we will greet you and ask if you'd like any photos taken. We will leave you to enjoy your picnic experience and we will come back once your reserved time is over.
Are we able to customize our picnic and add specific items like more food or décor?
What do we do when we're done with our picnic?
We will check in 30 minutes before your 2 hour picnic event is over and we will clean everything up when you're finished. If you would like to end your picnic early, please give us a 15-20 minutes notice. You are responsible for our equipment until our team is able to meet with you when you're done. Please don't forget to take your fresh floral arrangement home and any leftover food in the provided to-go boxes.

Do you offer refunds or reschedules?
We are able to reschedule your picnic to a later date, but we do not provide refunds at this time.
Do you provide gift cards?
Yes! We believe that gifts of experiences are the best type of gifts! Please inquire with us for more information.
Every single item from our picnics are carefully sanitized before and after each picnic. We handle all of our food items with gloves as well. We provide disposable utensils with the gold place setting add-ons. Our team will greet you from a safe distance as well.

Charmaine established The Charming Picnic in July of 2020 and she combines her passion for nature, delicious food, event planning, and creating lifetime memories for others to enjoy all into one place! She dreamt about this business for years and she knew that the business would be a perfect way for people to celebrate special milestones. She has over 10 years of event planning experience and she puts a lot of love into each event. Charmaine and her team will go above and beyond to ensure all of her clients are well taken care of!
